Hey there
Hi, I’m Patricia, the founder of Mills Virtual Assistance. With almost 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of sectors—from the corporate world with a leading global finance company to education, not-for-profits, and sports, spanning two countries. This diverse background has given me a unique understanding of the support businesses need, no matter the size or industry. I’m passionate about helping people by lightening their load, about helping businesses getting organised through setting up processes and structures and I’d love to see how I can do the same for you!
All about me
With a degree in English Literature and fluent in English and Portuguese (plus I also studied French and have an understanding of the other latin languages), I’ve always loved learning and connecting with people. Outside of work, I stay active by playing squash and netball, and I find crafts like knitting and tapestry sewing a great way to unwind.
I spent over 10 years in the corporate financial sector, starting as a team assistant and working my way up to Senior Executive Assistant. After relocating to the Portuguese island of Madeira with my family, I co-founded a sports club with my husband and worked as an Office Manager at an international school. Now, back in the UK, as a mum of two young children (aged 6 and 2), I’ve found my balance by creating Mills Virtual Assistance. It’s allowed me to combine my passion for helping others with the flexibility to be there for my family.
I’m passionate about supporting people in finding that same balance, and I’d love to help you do the same for your business!
